Our Class Types

Our instructors offer three types of classes to better meet your needs.  If you are looking for Semi-Private Advanced Leanings we recommend our Advanced Learning Small Group Classes.  If you are looking for your traditional 45 - 60 yoga class, our community classes may be for you, and if you can not make it into the studio we have you covered with virtual classes.

What are Advanced Learning Small Group Classes?

Our Advanced Learning Small Group Yoga Classes are a compilation of specific curriculum including meditation, pranayama (breath work), asana, and mindfulness with small group sizes and additional class time. Feel free to join us for a particular series of advanced learning classes or pick and choose what offerings work best with your schedule. Members have the benefit of attending all of our advanced yoga classes, community classes, or virtual classes, all unlimited and all for one great price!

Our ALSG classes hold a variety of themes to help our students build a strong balanced practice. We as instructors wanted to hold space to educate our students and give them the individual attention needed to help guide their practice.

What are Community Classes?

Our community classes are traditional 45 - 60 minute yoga classes with various styles and themes. Our community classes are a great addition to our advanced learning classes and a great stepping stone to our advanced learning classes and workshops! 

Try as many of our Advanced Learning or Community classes by purchasing a studio pass or studio membership! 

What are Virtual and Hybrid Classes?

Our Virtual and Hybrid classes are a wonderful alternative to in person classes.  Take these classes at home or on the go. Can't make it to the studio, no problem!  Register for class 30 minutes before the start of class and we will send you a private link to join our virtual class! 

Enjoy an early morning yoga class designed to awaken the body through mindful movement, bringing clarity and awareness to your practice. Mindful Mornings yoga is a vinyasa style class paced for all levels and incorporates the mindset of gratitude and joy bringing positivity to your day!
