Class Descriptions

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep-abdominal toning. This all-in-one workout tones + sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation. Classes are 1 hour in length, with a 5-7 minute savasana included.
Buti Yoga helps women tap into their inner power to unleash unshakable confidence, uncover true desire and bond with other women instead of compete. The Buti Yoga movement methodology clears away stuck energy and revitalizes the body to allow each student to shift their perception of the world around them.
Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.”

 

 

 

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Students perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.

Beginners SloFlo

This flow will highlight the fundamental and basic yoga asana postures in a fun vinyasa style flow.  This class is perfect for someone new to the practice or an experienced yogi wanting to revisit the fundamentals of the asana practice.

Friendly Flow 

This friendly practice will give you the perfect amount of challenge and relaxation!  We will work with the breath and the body while incorporating strength, balance, and flexibility into our practice. This class is appropriate for all levels and is beginner friendly!

Gentle Yoga    

If you are looking for a full-length gentle yoga asana class, this is absolutely perfect. This class gently strengthens and stretches the whole body. You have the option of using your mat and props and also have the option of doing all this while seated in a chair! It's perfect for beginners, seniors, people with a disability, or any yogin looking for a gentle class

Flow & Go (Vinyasa)

Flow & Go is a dynamic breath-focused practice that utilizes sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuously flowing organic whole. The Vinyasa experience sustains clarity of focus and builds inner heat as it develops strength and flexibility in equal proportion. The result is improved balance, resilience and endurance.

Heated Vinyasa 

Get ready to sweat! This 60 minute heated vinyasa class is designed to flow from one pose to the next, working on strength, flexibility, and balance. The studio room is set to 90 degrees, so please hydrate before and after class. This heated vinyasa is appropriate for all levels!

Candlelight Restorative 

Suitable for all levels, this restorative class is illuminated by candlelight and invites you to slow down! This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Most of this class is spent on the floor, seated or reclined, and poses are held for long periods. The slow pace of the class helps calm the mind and the breath, acting as a wonderful gateway to a meditation practice as well.

 

Omasana Kids Yoga 

Kids yoga classes are fun & energetic, with creative movement, songs, fun props, & magic yoga-mat rides! While learning yoga postures, deep breathing & relaxation techniques, together we'll develop coordination, flexibility, strength & balance, while cultivating creativity, cooperation, kindness, an attitude of gratitude, clear minds & joyful hearts.

Family Yoga

The whole family is welcome for this fun filled yoga class!  This is a great class for the whole family to let loose and have some fun!  Family yoga incorporates creative team building activities through yoga, fun music, games, and so much more. 

Yin Yoga
