Slow Flow for Functional Movement

Mondays 7:45pm

Slow Flow Functional Movement combines the fundamental yoga asana postures with focus on functional movement helping to assist in everyday functions such as standing, setting, walking, reaching, twisting, and bending over. This well rounded class will leave you feeling reconnected and satisfied and is perfect for someone new to the practice!

Mindful Morning Yoga

Enjoy an early morning yoga class designed to awaken the body  through mindful movement, bringing clarity and positivity to your day. Mindful Mornings yoga class will have a lovely mix of pranayama (breath work), yoga, and meditation sure to get your day started off right!

Mid Week Deep Stretch

Our MidWeek Deep Stretch is a wonderful way to end your hump day.   Each week Elizabeth leads you through a deep yet gentle restorative class with focus on stress reduction.  This class is the perfect remedy for letting go of that mid week stress and re-grounding, feeling refreshed as you finish out your week!

Gentle Yoga  

Fridays 9:30am

 

Join Elizabeth as she leads you through a gentle hatha yoga class. We will combine gentle movement with breath creating a relaxing, well balanced class to energize and recharge mind and body. This is definitely a class you walk out of saying "ahhhh, I needed that!"

Mixed Level Vinyasa

Mixed level vinyasa is designed for all levels of experience,  allowing you to explore & experience each sequence of postures, moving at your own pace and adding as much challenge as you would like. This practice utilizes breath and mindful movement, making this class a well rounded organic whole!

Vinyasa45 I & II

Sunday 8:00pm

 

Vinyasa I & II is a 45 minute fast paced vinyasa class creating heat in the body with the perfect amount of challenge.  Elizabeth will lead you through a full body workout as she incorporates breath work, grounding, and focus, leaving you feeling energized and motivated!

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Students perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep-abdominal toning. This all-in-one workout tones + sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation. Classes are 1 hour in length, with a 5-7 minute savasana included.
Buti Yoga helps women tap into their inner power to unleash unshakable confidence, uncover true desire and bond with other women instead of compete. The Buti Yoga movement methodology clears away stuck energy and revitalizes the body to allow each student to shift their perception of the world around them.
Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.”

Omasana Kids Yoga 

Kids yoga classes are fun & energetic, with creative movement, songs, fun props, & magic yoga-mat rides! While learning yoga postures, deep breathing & relaxation techniques, together we'll develop coordination, flexibility, strength & balance, while cultivating creativity, cooperation, kindness, an attitude of gratitude, clear minds & joyful hearts.

Family Yoga

The whole family is welcome for this fun filled yoga class!  This is a great class for the whole family to let loose and have some fun!  Family yoga incorporates creative team building activities through yoga, fun music, games, and so much more.
