In this 2.5 hour long workshop we explore the basics of yoga. This workshop is ideal for someone new to yoga, someone wanting to strengthen their home practice, or someone looking to bring their practice to the next level!
Here we will explore the basics, learning the fundamental postures and building our practice.
Are you interested in going to a yoga class but fearful of the postures and what to do? This series is perfect for building a solid flow and being confident walking into any studio and getting your flow on!
In this series we meet you where you are and together we explore the principals of yoga.

We will take a comprehensive look at the principals of yoga and you will receive well balanced instruction in the areas of:
This workshop will build on the basic fundamentals of yoga postures as we build strength and flexibility. We will explore our alignment, breath, and subtle changes in the body while learning sun salutations, vinyasa flows, and postures.
During this workshop we will explore different aspects of the breath including ujjayi breath, breath with movement, and basic breath practices to help prepare for meditation.
In this portion of the workshop we will explore the benefits of meditation, what meditation is, and how it relates to yoga. We will end our 5 week series with a 10 minute guided meditation practice.
An option to sign up for a 5 week series or private instruction will be offered at the end of the workshop. This series or private instruction will include the following resources and information to help you build your home practice:
