Heated Vinyasa I / II
Monday 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Get ready to sweat! This 60 minute heated vinyasa class is designed to flow from one pose to the next, working on strength, flexibility, and balance. The studio room is set to 90 degrees, so please hydrate before and after class. This class is a bit more challenging allowing students to explore their practice. Students will be challenged and should be experienced in the practices of yoga.
Soulful Blend Yoga
Thursdays 6:00pm - 6:45pm
This Soulful Blend Yoga combines the gentle vinyasa with longer holds and focus on breath awareness. Expect a perfect amount of challenge and relaxation both mentally and physically. Soulful Blend allows you to peacefully observe the mind and body while flowing through this vinyasa style class.
Mixed Level Yoga
Tuesdays 7:00pm - 8:00pm
A dynamic, flowing practice suitable for all experience levels. Together we consciously link the movement of the body to the movement of the breath. Different level cues lead us through a balanced series of postures to strengthen and build flexibility, promoting physical stamina and a sense of deep inner calm and positive energy.
Wednesdays 6:30pm - 7:15pm
This 45 minute dynamic blend of power yoga, conditioning and deep-abdominal toning gives you space to tap into your inner power and unleash unshakable confidence, uncover true desire and bond with other women/men instead of compete. Enjoy clearing away stuck energy and recharge your body, allowing yourself to reset and shift perception of the world around you!
Morning Flow 45
Saturday 9:30am - 10:15am
Our Morning Flow 45 is mixed level vinyasa designed for all levels of experience, allowing you to explore & experience each sequence of postures, moving at your own pace and adding as much challenge as you would like. This practice utilizes breath and mindful movement, making this class a well rounded organic whole!
