Yin Yoga & Your Body

 with our guest & visiting instructor, Michelle Finch

In this workshop, visiting instructor Michelle Finch, will introduce the foundational concepts that drive Yin Yoga, what makes yin different from other forms of yoga and why those differences are beneficial to add to your regular yoga practice. In addtion to Yin, Michelle will introduce the very basic anatomical concepts that bring to light everyone's unique structure and how to honor your individuality in your practice. Once this course is complete, you will be able to approach any public Yin class knowing it will nourish your body.





This class will consist of approximately 90 minutes of interactive learning and 90 minutes of practice. 

Date & Time: Saturday November 9 10:00am - 1:00pm

Investment: $60 - includes a hand out online all of the concepts covered as well as many foundational yin poses.
